THE POWER OF GIVING
The Bucks County Foundation (BCF) is a tax-exempt, charitable trust managing permanent endowment funds that serve community needs in arts and culture, education, animal causes, health and human services, and the environment.
Since our founding in 1979, BCF has provided more than $3 Million in scholarships for Bucks County students to attend college. We have provided more than $2,783,000 in grants to more than 110 nonprofit partner organizations that provide effective services to help individuals and families facing complex challenges to live healthy and stable lives, as well as to organizations that support the arts, culture, education, and the environment.
Today, we continue to demonstrate the true power of giving, by enhancing the quality of life in Bucks County through philanthropy, and by enabling donors, families, and corporations, a meaningful way to leave a legacy while investing in the future of our community.
BCF helps the giving members of our community to leave a legacy for the causes and people of Bucks County.

HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT
As a community foundation, our charitable activities are guided by a widely representative and knowledgeable Distribution Committee, all volunteers, whose members are appointed by the Bucks County Bar Association, the Bucks County Medical Society, the Bucks County Community College, Delaware Valley University, and the Orphan’s Court of Bucks County. This structure provides donors peace of mind in knowing that the intent of their charitable funds will be honored in perpetuity.

Welcome to Bucks County Foundation (BCF).
It is an honor and a privilege to serve in this role as Executive Director and a steward of community giving.
One of the most humbling aspects of my job is serving as a conduit by helping to make meaningful connections for people in our community to important causes they care about. I have the unique vantage point of seeing how individuals, nonprofits, schools, and donors come together and witnessing firsthand the heart and soul of community giving. I am inspired by the people and by the stories I hear every day. We are not only helping to improve the lives of individuals, but we are enriching the future of community.
